Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.As Senior Occupancy Planner, you will be responsible for:Providing strategic occupancy planning expertise, leveraging a deep understanding of our client’s space supply and demand to develop scenario and occupancy plans for our client's portfolio in a designated region.Fostering relationshipsYou'll foster critical relationships between various individuals and organizations, including:Corporate Real Estate to review and resolve planning forecast requirements, concerns, and issues.Business Unit leadership to collect headcount forecasts and resolve headcount forecast discrepancies.Corporate Finance group to gather top-down headcount and growth projections.Project management to review planning strategies that drive construction projects.Move coordination and facility management teams to review and approve moves, develop migration plans, and conduct facility audits.Other members of the occupancy planning team to ensure the development of portfolio strategy plans across separate locations.Driving optimal occupancy planning solutionsYour primary focus areas for this role will be managing the development of occupancy plans, sequencing group-level and individual moves, and resolving planning issues identified during client planning sessions. You will ensure the alignment of planning with corporate guidelines and that all scenarios maximize the use of space. You will recommend, educate, and enforce space policies/standards, procedures, and protocols.ReportingOne of your major requirements will be to get familiar with space utilization methods and the presentation of utilization data. Interacting with organizational leadership, you will identify space requirements and prepare and update project status reports on actual versus projected seat demand at the building level.Sounds like you? An individual with strong interpersonal skills, the ability to understand complex ideas and communicate them to others will be successful in the role.DynamicThinking strategically, simplifying the complex, seeing the big picture, and driving results are a few of the role's basic requirements.Below are the skills and experience that we are looking for:Experience in building strong client relationships.Ability to seamlessly transition between strategic oversight and hands-on execution.Ability to lead through influence.Experience in utilization data analysis.Understands desk-sharing concepts and methodologies.Expert-level data analytical skills.Attentive to detail and accuracy.Highly organized and demonstrates a high level of performance in project budgeting and scheduling.A working knowledge of occupancy utilization, office design principles, and trends is preferred.A Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.Estimated total compensation for this position:
130,200.00 – 142,000.00 USD per year.Location:
