In this position you would provide operational HR support to the Boutiques in the Central Europe Region (AT, CH, GER) as well as, gain a deep insight of our network. Also, you would closely support on all topics within the employee cycles and track HR retail activities within the fast paced retail world. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the Interns and Working Students recruitment process in Central Europe (screening, pre-selection, conducting interviews and hiring talents)Managing administrative tasks for e.g. creating contracts, preparing on-boarding or off-boarding documents and as letter of referencesSupporting the HR team in the active retail recruitment processUpdating and completing HR documents for our respective HRIS and assisting in our monthly payroll preparation listParticipating in various HR projects (e.g. event planning, researching, Employer Branding topics etc.) PROFILE At least 3 semesters in Business, Psychology, HR Management or a related fieldPrevious internship or working student experience in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plusAbility to work independently, take the lead on projects, and to act hands-onCuriosity to learn, to dive deep into new topics, and have a strong team player mindsetProficient at MS Office skillsFluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus WHAT WE OFFER YOU The opportunity to join the LVMH Group (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy), the world leader in high-quality and luxury products.
