Cardinal View Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Nurse Manager to join our growing team.
Cardinal View Senior Living recently opened in fall of 2021 and is easily accessible, right off the Beltline in Middleton, WI. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 104-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Cardinal View was named to honor the Middleton Area High School Cardinals and is proud to be locally owned!
Shifts Available: Full Time Days, including Manager on site rotationAre you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? Our Nurse Managers becomes family and impacts the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.In this position, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents and shares responsible for daily clinical operations. Duties include:Schedule and/or perform rounds to monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.Maintain administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for the proper charting and documentation of care, medications, and treatments.Assist with developing and implementing the written staffing plan and nursing schedule that reflects the needs of the resident and client population.Collaborate with the Executive Director and Director of Health Services to build relationships with internal and external prospects, customers, families, and care providers.
Preferred Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.A minimum of two years' management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care is preferred.Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.Must possess advanced computer skills.
