is seeking a full-time licensed or license-eligible clinician to provide crisis intervention services overnight. The role involves working with adults, youth, and individuals with behavioral health disorders.Responsibilities include:Conducting preadmission screening evaluations for hospitalizationProviding crisis intervention and triage for non-emergency intakesDelivering brief case management and crisis stabilizationFacilitating psycho-educational groups and providing individual, family, and group counselingMonitoring and managing an assigned caseloadParticipating in clinical, administrative, and supervisory meetingsRequirements:Master's degree and registration as licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP or LMHP-EMinimum two years' behavioral health experience with additional experience preferredValid Virginia driver's license and certifications in CPR, CPI, Medication Technician, and PrescreenerPrevious applicants do not need to reapplyCompensation:
Clinician I $60,873.82, Clinician II $65,734.87, plus 6.25% differential provided for full-time positions
