Job Summary:Oversees the sales department in a designated market, using marketing techniques and sales strategies to achieve quotas, profit targets, and Company objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Leads and motivates the sales team to meet sales goals.- Analyzes staffing needs; develops training programs to improve team performance.- Reviews market trends to address customer needs and drive product acceptance.- Implements marketing plans alongside corporate marketing to maximize sales.- Gathers competitive data to strengthen market position.- Manages budgets to ensure cost efficiency.- Coordinates between sales, production, and customers to resolve issues and uphold market leadership in customer care.- Monitors contracts and loans to ensure timely processing and housing starts.- Supervises sales staff, ensuring alignment with Company policies and goals.- Assists with special projects as required.Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus five years’ experience in sales and team leadership, with industry-specific sales knowledge.- Strong customer service focus; able to handle challenges effectively.- Self-motivated with excellent leadership, negotiation, and organization skills.- Decisive with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.- Excellent communication skills for interacting within and outside the organization.- Familiar with budgeting and large-scale sales volume.- Knowledge of the market and licensing (e.g., contractor’s or real estate license) may be required.
