WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
Consumer, Product, Brand & Marketplace Operations (CPBM) exists to serve, enable, and lead Nike's CPBM team to the future. We drive data and digital capabilities, process and continuous improvement, and excellence in business operations. Our team's vision is to be outstanding and improve the collective potential of CPBM. CPBM works closely with Nike's Consumer Teams (Men's, Women's, and Kids') and our Functional Teams (Footwear, Apparel, and Design). These are unique operations roles centered around driving future ways of working for our CPBM community.
The Lead, Program Management role works within the central operations team which exists to manage and resource the portfolio of initiatives that drive CPBM into the future. This role is focused on delivering E2E program management on an assigned strategic initiative.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking a seasoned professional with a unique blend of business acumen, program management expertise, and leadership skills. As a creative problem-solver with a passion for delivering results, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, driving complex programs forward and achieving exceptional outcomes.
Bachelor's degree required in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
Master's degree preferred
At least 5 years of professional experience within Business, IT, or an equivalent
At least 3 years of portfolio, program management and/or project management leadership roles. Project management certification preferred (PMP)
Proven experience delivering large complex programs
Complex problem-solving and experience establishing processes that strengthen fact-based decision making
Demonstrated expertise of developing consensus and influencing effective outcomes across diverse teams
Experience working in a highly matrixed work environment
Comfortable with ambiguity
Strong communication, team dynamics, conflict resolution, mentoring and leadership skills
Experience in product creation a plus
WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
As a Lead, Program Management you will focus on the planning and delivery of strategic initiatives. You will partner with business leaders to create, manage, and track value delivery on assigned initiatives. You will lead and execute all aspects of program management, including scope, schedule, budget, capacity, risks, and dependencies.
Manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
Develop and execute program plans, monitoring progress and adjusting as needed
Manage stakeholder engagement and communication
Partner with change management and learning development to ensure successful activation and adoption
Identify and mitigate risks and issues, delivering status reporting to stakeholders
