The Production Designer will collaborate with a diverse team of creatives and producers to create high-quality marketing materials.They will work closely with the creative team to adapt and expand upon key art from project initiation to final delivery.The role involves maintaining an organized file structure and asset library, as well as managing the review process.The designer will be responsible for delivering pixel-perfect specifications under tight deadlines and adapting designs for various platforms.They will mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the team's creative culture.The position requires effective communication with producers and design leads to support various design requests.Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.A minimum of 5 years of experience in production or studio design is required.The successful individual will possess a strong attention to detail and a passion for designing across various mediums.They should have a deep understanding of graphic design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.The candidate must be able to manage ambiguity in a fast-paced environment and make quick, high-quality decisions.A strong interest in new and emerging technologies, along with their unique design principles, is essential.The individual should thrive in collaborative settings while also being capable of working autonomously.
