Tripalink Property Management is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media and Event Planning Intern to lead our online and offline marketing events, boost lead generation, and improve tenant retention. This role will focus on managing social media platforms for brand awareness and engagement, planning lead-generating events, and organizing monthly tenant events to strengthen community and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Execution:

Organize and execute lead-generating events such as open houses, property tours, and community outreach events to attract prospective tenants.Plan and coordinate monthly tenant appreciation events to foster community, increase tenant retention, and build relationships with residents.Collaborate with property management teams to align event themes and goals with tenant needs and property branding.Oversee event logistics, including venue setup, vendor management, and on-site support, to ensure a seamless experience for all participants.

Social Media Management:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Marketplace, and others to generate leads and increase brand presence.Create and curate content that resonates with our target audience, including property highlights, community events, tenant testimonials, and lifestyle content.Engage with online followers, respond to inquiries, and manage comments to build an active online community.Monitor social media performance and provide insights on audience growth, engagement, and content reach.

Marketing Strategy & Lead Generation:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns aligned with Tripalink’s brand goals and property objectives.Track social media and event KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.Utilize online tools and analytics to identify audience preferences, optimize content strategies, and drive traffic to our properties.Experiment with new strategies and features on social platforms to capture attention and generate fresh leads.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in event planning, social media management, or digital marketing.Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Marketplace) for brand promotion and lead generation.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for social media trends and event planning.Experience with analytics tools and an ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a variety of audiences.
