Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) Leader
in Alamo, TN location. In alignment with the North America Hub’s vision and growth strategy, this role is responsible for driving sustainable and transformational change across the extended Factory by using ITM system tools.The ITM system aims to address various challenges in transformer manufacturing by promoting continuous improvement, standardization, and cross-functional collaboration. It helps improve performance in safety, quality, and on-time delivery, while also increasing productivity and reducing costs.How you'll make an impact:Partner with the cross-functional leadership team in developing and operationalizing the Strategy Deployment process.Facilitate the development of breakthrough objectives, action plans, KPI’s (Bowlers), and lead the development of the Kaizen plan to support the overall needs of the organization.Operationalize Strategy Deployment, ensuring effective Leader Standard Work (LSW) and a connected Lean daily management system.Act as a change agent and champion of a continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination using ITM lean methods, processes, and tools.Lead all activities in the Factory to implement the ITM system and drive improved maturity scores.Monitor ITM Maturity Development results and facilitate implementation of actions.Drive optimization of KPIs throughout the functional organizations supported.Create, manage, and facilitate the development of Cost-out and productivity projects across the business.Build continuous improvement capability through training and implementation of ITM tools and methods.Live Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety, integrity, and quality.Your Background:Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, or engineering, and 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting.Work authorization to permit employment with Hitachi Energy in the United States.Experience in operating/management systems, continuous improvement, and/or Transactional process improvement.Financial acumen and expertise with Cost Out Enabler projects.Experience in the implementation of the Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System or similar systems.Track record of delivering breakthrough results impacting the bottom line.Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to foster teamwork.Experience in developing strategy and translating it into actionable plans.Certifications in Lean/Six Sigma are a plus.What we Offer:Competitive PayPaid TrainingBenefits eligibility begins on your first dayFlexible work schedule, paid holidays, and paid time offProfessional growth and development programs including $10,000 tuition reimbursement401(k) Savings Plan featuring a company match 75% up to 6% and a company contribution of 3% with immediate 100% vesting.Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) - Females/Minorities/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesProtected veterans and qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
