If you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice.Quality Control Microbiology Cell and Gene TherapyYOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe primary responsibilities of this role, Quality Control Microbiology Cell and Gene Therapy, are to:Provide a "hands on" capacity on routine, cell and gene therapy, biological development product testing activities under the supervision of more senior personnel;Perform all activities in a manner consistent with cGMP requirements;Keep accurate documentation;Accurately follow relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);Seek input from more senior team members for the performance of assignments as needed;Demonstrate the ability to learn new skills and achieve proficiency.WHO YOU AREBayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree;Experience in Bactec or Bac T Alert testing;Experience in performing relevant activities including working in a cGMP compliant environment;Ability to learn new skills rapidly;Attention to detail;Ability to work efficiently;Ability to follow instructions and SOPs precisely;Good interpersonal skills.Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $77,000 to $100,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
