Your Role
The Retail Fulfillment Associate Manager is an essential part of the Fulfillment and Logistics Team, and will be responsible for supporting a range of activities including 3PL partner fulfillment management for retail, freight coordination, receiving, B2B shipping, and analysis. The team works collaboratively with all other functions at O Positiv and a broad range of external vendors. The Retail Fulfillment Associate Manager role reports into O Positiv's Fulfillment Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical, creative, detail oriented, organized, an effective communicator, and highly collaborative.
Responsibilities and Duties
Support outbound B2B shipping processes to ensure orders are placed and sent on time in full and meeting all SLAs
Manage freight of inventory from 3PL to B2B partners and track / document all shipment updates
Manage collection and organization of fulfillment documents for B2B partners (e.g. POS, POD, Receiving Reports) to aid in chargeback disputes as needed
Support B2B retail set up by building scalable processes and support ongoing processes including EDI
Support ongoing development and documentation of SOPs
Run ad hoc strategic analysis and support project management of various key initiatives
Work collaboratively with all external suppliers to build strong and accountable relationships
Work collaboratively with Operations, Product, and Finance teams
Be highly proactive in identifying opportunities to improve performance including cost, quality, and accuracy
Qualifications and Skills
Experience
3-4 years in CPG / Retail companies with B2B sales channels (title varies on experience)
Bachelor's Degree and equivalent work experience in a supply chain / operations or highly analytical role
Experience in B2B management, EDI, freight / shipping and 3PL management strongly preferred
Startup / e-commerce / supplements experience or passion is a plus
Interpersonal
Ability to manage multiple moving pieces – hard working, organized, and results oriented individual
Ability to work effectively with different groups of individuals – a team player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Logical, structured, and analytical approach to problem solving with strong excel skills
Strong time management and prioritization skills

Hours and Compensation
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $100,000 - $120,000. Compensation and title will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.

Pay based on prior experience
Position will be based out of Santa Monica, Los Angeles – in person (Mon-Thu in office / Friday remote)
