Are you passionate about transforming organizations through people strategies? As our Strategic P&C Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce across multiple regions. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, with a dotted line to regional or departmental leaders, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, driving our People & Culture (P&C) initiatives to new heights.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:Strategic Business Partnership:
Collaborate with leadership to translate business goals into actionable P&C strategies. Provide expert advice on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.Talent Management:
Develop and implement strategies to build a high-performance culture. Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning to ensure a robust talent pipeline.Organizational Development:
Identify opportunities for organizational improvements and lead change management initiatives. Coach and develop leadership teams to enhance their effectiveness and drive organizational success.Employee Engagement & Culture:
Foster an inclusive, engaging workplace where diversity thrives. Lead initiatives that embed our values into everyday practices and elevate employee experience.Reward & Compliance:
Work closely with the Global Reward & HR Data Manager to ensure our reward strategies are competitive and compliant with local regulations. Manage employee relations matters with integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications
Experience:Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic partner role.Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.Skills:Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of aligning P&C strategies with business objectives.Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and drive change across all levels of the organization.Strong problem-solving abilities with a holistic approach to understanding organizational systems and their impact on people.Proficiency in managing employee relations and fostering a positive, compliant work environment.
