Key Responsibilities: Empower kids and parents to maintain great oral health habits Provide accurate diagnoses and comprehensive dental treatment plans Perform a variety of procedures including stainless steel crowns, NuSmile crowns, composite restorations, extractions, and space maintainers Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centered environment Comply with state, federal, and industry standards for dental practice
Typical Day: Operative Care: Approximately 10 operative patients for a mix of procedures including nitrous oxide administration, extractions, protective stabilization, and emergency visits Hygiene Exams: Roughly 25 hygiene exams per day Team Environment: A collaborative workplace that fosters learning and growth, with regular rotations of dentist externs and dental assistants
Requirements: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program Colorado state dental license (active or pending) Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to professional development A passion for helping children achieve optimal oral health Exceptional organization skills and dental expertise
