The
Business Relationship Manager
manages a portfolio to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service and the achievement of benchmark standards and individual performance objectives, while minimizing credit risk exposure.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Business development and retention.Credit analysisLoan structure designRisk managementCommunity involvementEnsure the assigned portfolio is in compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.Identify and initiate new client opportunities as well as identifying and researching opportunities to build and develop new and existing client relationships.Actively cross sell appropriate banking products to new and existing customers and refers clients to other banking areas for additional needs.Provide loans and financial services for businesses that have annual revenue from $3M to $20M.Typically manages a loan portfolio over $30M.
QUALIFICATIONS:Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor's degree.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience & 5 years' experience or 9 years' of relevant work experience.Experience in the credit administration and lending functions.Background in commercial business operations and commercial real estate.Experience with business development activities.Customer Service ExperienceSales ExperienceAbility to demonstrate and consistently model Bremer values, Bremer Leadership Competencies and foster an inclusive work environment.#LI-OnsitePay Range

$148,700.00Note: The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
