Job Title: Material Handler
Job Description
Candidate will be working as a warehouse associate at a company that manufactures high-end coffee machines in the Netherlands.
Responsibilities
Pack boxes to capacity and fill any gaps with additional packaging.
Distribute weight evenly across the pallet, and stack items without gaps.
Utilize shrink wrap machine to wrap/secure pallets.
Tag pallets.
Utilize a pallet jack to move completed pallets to staging area.
Essential Skills
Ability to lift 50 pounds. Candidates will be lifting up to 50 lbs roughly 5-10x per shift.
Experience within a warehouse environment. Candidates need to have come from a warehouse environment so they understand the flow of inbound/outbound product.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates need to have experience with metric-based performance jobs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Warehouse experience including receiving and shipping.
Material handling skills.
Experience with warehouse operations such as picking, packing, and using a pallet jack.

This individual will be working in the warehouse. It is a quiet environment, clean and climate controlled. Everyone works together as a team and is very friendly. The company is looking for team-oriented, self-starters, self-motivated, and personable people to move up in the warehouse. There are 4 areas of the warehouse: Parcels (picking/packing/UPS), Inbound (physically and systematically receiving inbound product/shipments), Outbound (packing, boxing, matching pick tickets, wrapping and banding boxes, and loading finished product onto trucks), and Production support (picking part numbers from request to keep the production line filled).
