If so, we're looking for our team's next Senior Manager to help lead our IT Architecture teams focused on enterprise architecture, complex initiative solution architecture, product architecture, business architecture, IT standards governance & transformation. Our IT team rapidly delivers world-class software solutions to T-Mobile business customers, both internal and external. We build short- and long-term technical strategies in partnership with multiple broad organizational partners and collaborate with IT teams on exciting business, product & IT projects. Responsibilities: Leads team in performing architecture strategic and solution reviews, delivering "hands on" solution architecture for complex & emerging business area initiatives, framing and guiding IT architecture transformation initiatives, developing IT standards and principles along with accompanying governance mechanisms, and driving better understanding of our IT and business architecture through architecture platforms and tools. Successfully leads team to achieve results by providing appropriate direction, timely developmental feedback and mentoring, and conducting performance reviews and conversations. Crafting training, career development plans and ensuring assignments with growing levels of responsibility. Monitors and measures work tasks to ensure deliverables are provided on time and within budget. Defines and drives continuous development practice improvements across technical fields and organizations (e.g., team structure, roles, processes, tooling, security & compliance). Leads all aspects of technical relationships with multiple assigned vendors, including driving features and function requests for inclusion in future product releases. Driving and owning current and future state technical road map in collaboration with Design and Enterprise Architecture and building/maintaining cross organizational teams. Interviews and hires qualified managers and team members, targeting to improve T-Mobile bench strength and augmenting product or project teams with contract staff when required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Technical, analytical, project management & presentation (Required) Enterprise, Solution, Business, Information, Infrastructure Architecture (Required) Software Development Life Cycle (Required) IT Operations & Site Reliability Engineering (Preferred) Experience: 7-10 years Experience of developing large scale business systems applications. (Required) 2-4 years Management experience with programming staff including leadership, planning, and coordination of development work for 4 large projects. (Required) More than 10 years Overall IT experience. (Required) Education: Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or in a computer programming related field.
