Reachback Sr. CI Analyst Lead (CONUS)

to support a federal government client.Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award.Benefits:A competitive salary with performance bonus opportunities.Comprehensive healthcare benefits, including medical, vision, dental, and orthodontia coverage.A substantial retirement plan with no vesting schedule.Career development opportunities, including on-the-job training, tuition reimbursement, and networking.A positive work environment where employees are respected, supported, and engaged.Desired experiences:At least eight years of analytical experience at the tactical/operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies, requiring former MOS 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, 35F, OR equivalent specialty codes such as USMC – 0204, 0210, 0211 - Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, US Navy – Navy Intelligence Specialist, USAF - 1N791 Human Intelligence Specialist, 1N490 Intelligence Fusion Analyst, or other DoD joint service intelligence specialty codes, including, but not limited to, SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT.Expert knowledge in the following areas: Afghanistan/SWA regional analysis, network analysis, HUMINT analysis.Proficient in utilizing advanced computer applications and intelligence-related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.Proficient at briefing senior leadership at the O6 level.Experience effectively mentoring junior and mid-level analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments.Desired education:Bachelor’s Degree OR at least eight years of direct relevant intelligence analyst experience.Highly desired education:Master’s degree.CI/HUMINT analytical experience preferred.OSINT/PAI research and analytical experience.Security Clearance:Security clearance required: TS/SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.Location:Devens, MA.
