Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Leasing Professional plays a critical role in our success.This position is responsible for coordinating the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe schedule will be:Tuesdays: 9:00AM - 6:00PMWednesdays: 9:00AM - 6:00PMSaturdays: 10:00AM - 5:00PMIn addition to our competitive compensation, we offer housing discounts of up to 40% at Greystar communities, cell phone allowance, monthly bonus incentives, and a robust benefits and perks package.What your day might look likeBeing part of a team and having fun while providing excellent customer serviceConduct prospect building and apartment tours, including virtual leasing and in-person toursEnsuring a stellar move-in experience for our customersMarket research on comps for marketing and advertising purposesCommunity event planning and executionFollow up with prospects by phone and emailUtilizing social media and internet platforms to market available unitsAssisting in lease renewalsRespond to resident concernsWhat we are looking forPrevious sales and customer service experience desired, but a positive can-do attitude is requiredProficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) desired but not requiredDemonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questionsHigh level of professionalism in both manner and dressWhat sets us apart:
