Family Primary Care Clinician
Located in Providence, Rhode Island
Providence Community Health Centers (PCHC) is recruiting for a family medicine provider to join our team in 2023.
The ideal candidate will have experience in primary care and an interest to work in community health with a multicultural diverse patient population.
About this opportunity:
* Weekday-only schedule (4 or 5 days)* Excellent compensation and benefits* The provider-led team includes a dedicated RN and Medical Assistant
PCHC is an innovative community health organization - the largest Federally Qualified Health Center in Rhode Island with a 55-year history of caring for the communities in Providence. Our neighborhood-based clinics (NCQA Level 3 patient-centered medical homes) serve 85,000 patients.
Our patients and staff enjoy state-of-the-art facilities and in-house specialty services. Our provider care team includes Family Physicians, Internists, Pediatricians, OBGyns, Family, Adult and Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. PCHC has in-house integrated behavioral health counselors, nurse case management, dental, optometry, podiatry, dermatology, rheumatology and asthma-allergy specialists.
