Facility Details/Job Description:-Board Certification, ACS, PALS, DEA, and Oregon license required-Case mix includes General, gynecology, retina, urology, plastic/breast reconstruction, ortho spine, general ortho, podiatry, dental. No hearts, neuro, nor vascular.-MDs doing own cases and supervising CRNAs-EMR Epic-3 ORs, 25 bed facility
