Facility Details/Requirements:- NBCRNA- Active Indiana license required- Schedule can either be a 4-day work week (rotating M-F), 7am to 5pm or 5-day work week (M-F), 7am to 3pm- No call outside of normal hours- EMR is EPIC- Care team model, supervised by a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist- Skills Required: Intubation, MAC coverage in the OR (anesthesia) and MAC in Endoscopy- NO labor, epidural, Cardiovascular, Neuro or open-heart surgery coverage required, NO block or line placements required.- Cases: General, Bariatric, Orthopedic, Robotic, Urology, Endo GI, Bronchoscopy, Vascular, Pediatric Dental, Cath Lab, and OB-GYN
