Job Overview
Hilton Garden Inn Millenium Center, managed by Auro Hotels, is looking for an Airport Shuttle Driver / Bell Attendant who will deliver exceptional service while assisting with guest transportation, luggage handling, and information sharing. This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of both a Shuttle Driver and Bell Attendant, creating a welcoming experience for all guests.
Essential Job Functions
Shuttle Driver
Guest Transportation:
Transport guests safely to and from the airport and hotel, following all traffic regulations. Provide a welcoming environment and assist with luggage as needed.Vehicle Maintenance:
Conduct daily pre-driving checklists to ensure vehicles are in excellent working condition, including checking lights, brakes, fluids, and tire pressure.Safety and Cleanliness:
Operate vehicles safely and maintain cleanliness by washing and fueling as needed.Communication:
Inform guests of hotel services and local amenities. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests.Record Keeping:
Maintain transport schedules and document pick-up and drop-off details accurately.Bell Attendant
Guest Welcome:
Warmly welcome guests, creating a positive first impression. Assist with directions, hotel information, and transportation arrangements.Luggage Assistance:
Load and unload luggage from various vehicles, transport belongings to and from guest rooms, and demonstrate room features.Organization and Security:
Organize and store luggage properly, complete baggage claim tickets, and follow security protocols for guest information and room keys.Collaboration and Responsiveness:
Maintain effective communication with Bell Staff and other departments. Be attentive to special guest needs, large groups, VIPs, and other requests.Entrance Cleanliness:
Keep the hotel entrance, bell stand, and bell closet clean and organized with daily light cleaning.Requirements
Driver's License:
Valid license with a clean driving record.Guest Service Skills:
Strong communication skills with a welcoming demeanor.Manual and Automatic Driving Skills:
Able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift and carry luggage, packages, and other items.Teamwork and Problem-Solving:
Works well with other departments and can remain calm during high-activity periods.Benefits
