Overview:

The EPM Functional Analyst will be responsible for the on-going support of TTX's Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications, which includes EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and Narrative Reporting. This position on the Finance Transformation team will work closely with the FP&A and Controllership teams to ensure the accuracy of reporting, as well as partner with IT on system solutions. A deep understanding of the planning, forecasting and reporting processes both conceptually and within the Oracle Cloud tools will help to identify efficiencies, insights, and best practices in these areas. This role requires a solid understanding of the metadata requirements across these applications, as well as dependencies with ERP.

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the on-going support of the Oracle Cloud EPM suite: Planning (EPBCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS), and Narrative Reporting (EPRCS)Use Oracle AI and BI tools to develop and publish reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to assist various business functions in decision support and measurementUnderstand business processes, how the application supports the business processes, and apply this knowledge to best solve problems and drive continuous process improvementUnderstand dependencies and interrelationships between various components of Oracle EPM CloudLead Oracle EPM monthly upgrade testing, review, and adoption of new cloud featuresCollaborate with the FP&A and Controllership teams to facilitate the Planning, Forecasting, Consolidation, and Reporting process for the organization.Partner with Financial Transformation Team to identify opportunities to enhance the process and system, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas to the teamEngage with IT Managed Services on break-fix and enhancement solutionsProvide alternatives and recommendations based on best practices and application functionalityKeep abreast of Oracle EPM roadmap and key functionality to identify opportunities where it will enhance the current process within the entire Financials ecosystemSupport and document configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testing and user trainingHelp to define and maintain a data governance process to provide stability and data integrity across financial systemsQualifications: Required

2+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and Narrative Reporting2+ years of experience working in FP&A or ControllershipBachelor's Degree (Finance or Accounting degree preferred)Working knowledge of the functional aspects of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting. Understanding of currency translations, inter-company eliminations, and consolidation accounting under various GAAPsExperience in building metadata, designing web forms, conducting data reconciliation, building dashboards, and automating business rulesStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgementProven ability to collaborate with internal clients in an agile manner, leveraging design thinking approachesExperience conducting testing (e.g., system, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing), and preparing deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials, and administration/procedural guidesDemonstrated ability to create and maintain system documentation, both functional and technicalAbility to support training of internal Finance staff on advanced EPM concepts.Committed to a continuous learning environment to build expertise in EPM technologiesAbility to collaborate with other members of Finance, Operations and ITExcellent Excel skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsQualifications: Preferred

Working knowledge of EPM Automate, including the ability to build scripts to automate various data admin activitiesExperience with EPM security, provisioning users and should be well-versed in user roles and groupsExperience with integrating EPM with Oracle Cloud ERPTechnical knowledge of scripting for writing custom consolidations, translation logic, business rules, and EPM AutomationExperience building financial forecast modelsExperience leading a project and leading a project teamKnowledge in Controllership processes including technical accounting (GAAP/IFRS standards), accounting operations, month end close, consolidations, and reportingOracle EPM certificationsChange Management: Ability to help people and teams with the transition or transformation of an organization's or function's goals, processes, tools or technologies.Process Mapping: Skills to visually describe using flowcharts the detailed flow of a process.Data Interpretation: Skills to correctly extract, analyze and intuit meaningful information or data from the various data sources such as structured and unstructured dataset, charts, tables, graphs, etc.MBA and/or CPA licensePhysical Job Requirements
