We invest in a robust Total Rewards package that includes everything from generous PTO, a flexible work environment, expanded parental leave, extensive learning & development, and even paid time off for employees to volunteer.YOUR ROLE.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Drive client engagementsReview and prepare financial statements, footnotes, workpapers, management letters, agreed upon procedures, and other attestation engagementsDemonstrate professional creativity in dealing with client matters and make constructive suggestions to improve client operationsEffectively analyze client transactions, recognizing and resolving potential or existing problems with appropriate research and consultingAccept responsibility and utilize firm resources to complete assignmentsOversee, mentor, and develop staffYOUR EXPERIENCE.The successful candidate will have:5+ years of work experience in another public accounting firmReal Estate experience is preferredExceptional analytical, technical, and auditing skills including knowledge in US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB rules and standardsBachelor’s Degree requiredCPA licensure requiredExceptional client service and communication skillsStrong leadership and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent written interpersonal, and presentation skillsDemonstrates an Entrepreneurial spiritStrong experience using Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or ProSystem FXExceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skillsStudies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification. Assurance Manager
is $105,000.00 to $175,000.00.
