The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management of NetSuite and supporting users and integrations within the system. You will manage and maintain various configurations, integrations, and custom elements of a key business system. You'll collaborate with teams across different functions, offering technical guidance to ensure smooth system operations.
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation that this individual will work in the office 4 days per week. Alumni Ventures is a fast-paced, professional, entrepreneurial environment.
What You Will Do:
Create configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet business needsProvide on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite systemGenerate reports and analytics to support management in decision-making and financial close processesAssist with importing and exporting data, ensuring data qualityMaintain NetSuite updatesEnsure the system is configured to support accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standardsWork with various teams to optimize system configurations for business processesParticipate in testing and ensure successful project implementationsServe as a role model and leader for AV, contributing positively to office environment and company cultureRequirements
3+ years of experience in a system administration roleBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related fieldNetSuite Administrator or Financial User certification (preferred)Strong knowledge of system architecture, configuration, and customizationSkilled in creating custom reports/records, workflows, fields and search featuresUnderstanding of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report processesExpertise in data migration, system integration, and third-party applicationsKnowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations and K-1 tax form preparationComfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Salary:
$80,000-100,000 plus benefits, bonus and equity
