The ideal candidate should have a strong background in tax preparation, high-net worth individuals, and QuickBooks. The candidate should also possess a CPA or EA (Enrolled Agent) certification and have at least 5 years of experience in the field.Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns for high-net worth individuals and businesses. Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial benefits for clients. Review and analyze financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents to identify potential tax issues. Provide guidance and advice to clients on tax-related matters, including tax planning, compliance, and audits. Build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery. Supervise and mentor junior tax staff to ensure the accuracy and completeness of tax returns and other tax-related activities. Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base and revenue.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. CPA or EA (Enrolled Agent) certification. At least 5 years of experience in tax preparation, compliance, and planning. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. Experience working with high-net worth individuals and businesses. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other tax software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
