What are we looking for?

The Environmental Project Manager will support the Environmental business by conducting and managing Phase I ESA, Phase II ESAs, IQA, NEPA, and other (potential for Wetlands projects) environmental projects in the Northeast Ohio area.

Shift/Schedule: Typically, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

What you'll do:

Perform environmental services including Phase I and II environmental site assessments (ESAs); potential for involvement with Wetlands, Brownfield, and IAQ workAssist in site assessments and remediation and field workAbility to prepare technical proposal and reportsAbility to communicate with clients and regulators to keep projects moving and on scheduleAbility to self-manage and make decisions during all phases of a projectAbility to manage and control project budgets and build solid relationship with clientsThis position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all encompassing details. Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

BS in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field2+ years of proven technical environmental consulting experienceStrong technical proposal and report writing abilitiesMust be detail-oriented, and a team player with excellent communication, analytical, and organization, as well as time and budget management skillsMust be computer literate and able to operate most field/office equipment relating to one's disciplineValid Driver's License and reliable driving record requiredAbility to travel up to 10% of the timePhysical Requirements:

Ability to lift, move, push, and pull 30 to 50 pounds frequentlyAbility to receive detailed information through oral communication, (hearing) and to make the discriminations in soundAbility to kneel and squat occasionallyAbility to walk and stand for long periods of timeAbility to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions (hot and cold)Ability to climb occasionally
