As a Maintenance Parts Warehouse Supervisor, you will support the Purchasing/Warehouse Manager in daily receiving of products and services utilizing Oracle and Maximo systems.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Support the Purchasing/Warehouse Manager in the daily receiving of products and services utilizing Oracle and Maximo systems.
File all associated documentation including Packing Slips, Certificates of Insurance, shippers, faxes and quotes
Receive parts and supplies in the Oracle and Maximo systems. Validate all counts, ID quantities being each, bag, box, etc.
Monitor Rides Maintenance. Inventory for low quantities, slow movement, date sensitive items (i.e. urethane coaster wheels).
Constantly monitor part levels in Maximo for ride parts, adjust on an annual basis as needed.
Establish critical ride part inventory with vendors and RM staff. Taken into account lead times and costs. Adjust mix/max levels accordingly to never be out of critical part.
Through Maximo, partner with sister parks to hold inventory of like items for similar rides as effective levels, joint rehab orders with sister parks leveraging of corporate group buys.
Complete within the Maximo system ride parts usage location, brief description, vendor and cost fields to be filled out including lead times and last three purchases.
Assist and assure corporate and yearend inventory audits are within company guidelines.
Complete the daily filing daily receiving documentation, Certificates of Insurance, Faxes, and Quotes
Support park safety programs and other park policies and procedures
Perform any other function that may be delegated by the Purchasing Manager
Other duties as requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicant must be at least 18 Years of Age
Applicant must be proficient in math and alphabetization
Proficient in Word Programs including Excel
Must possess a valid driver license and be able to show proof of a good driving record
Must be able to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods of time (up to 4 hours at time), climb ladders and step stools.
Must be able to lift, push and pull 50 pounds without assistance.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including, early morning, nights, weekends, and holidays. Some overtime may be required.
Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
Must be able to judge depth and distinguish color coding
Knowledge of Oracle and Maximo systems preferred
2-3 years park experience preferred
2 years of maintenance parts knowledge is a plus
Licensed forklift operator
Working Conditions:
Work is performed indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Lighting is both natural and artificial including artificially lit warehouse and stockroom areas. Equipment used includes, radios, phones, cleaning tools, handling chemicals, pallet jacks, hand trucks, flatbed carts, box trucks, flatbed trucks, and forklifts (with appropriate training). Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 60 lbs. Days and hours will vary and will include weekends, evenings and holidays. Position will require close contact with Park Guests and Employees.
