**BACKFILL for LM**
Long Term Care LPN - Seattle WA- Start Date: ASAP- Shift: 8hr Eves (1400-2230)- Ratios: 1:15-25- Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience, Must have experience with Central line blood draws, central line dressing changes, IV pumps, Starting IV's- First-Timers Accepted: No, previous travel experience is required (1 year of travel experience)- Weekend REQ: Every other weekend- Certs REQ: BCLS- Is On-Call REQ?: No- Will this traveler need to float between like units?: Yes - Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas- Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate- Pending License Accepted: Yes- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off up to 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
Special Requirements- Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
