As of 1/1/24 – all new and returning agency staff must have de-escalation training as part of their onboarding and clearance.
Facility As of 1/1/2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance: CPI, AVADE or MOAB.
These are the only certificates that will be considered.

CCLOCAL TRAVELERS (those who reside within 50 miles of facility) WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED.
To avoid delays in processing, please provide perm address at profile upload.Positions patient on examining table and adjusts immobilization devices as needed to obtain optimum views of specified area of body requested by Physician.Must be capable of completing all routine diagnostic procedures.Moves radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment into specified position and adjusts equipment controls to set exposure factors such as time and distance.Operates film processing equipment.Operates mobile radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment in operating room emergency room or at patient's bedside.Practices radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation to patient and staff.Ability to prioritize and organize daily work flow.Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.Basic computer skills.Dress code: Hospital blue scrubs (provided), business casual with a lab coat, basic plain personal scrubs. No hooded sweatshirts. Closed toe shoes-sneakers or clogs. Hair worn pulled back if longer than shoulder length, no dangling earrings.Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload.

Temp available with a FAST turnaround for those who carry an equivalent state license. This is a small community without public transport.
