Travel- Facility will not accept a first-time traveler – must have 3 years of experience in LDR- Required Skills: circulating C Sections, mother baby (couplet) care, catching babies, need to know what to do for first hour, experience with all high-risk pts (shoulder dystonia, emergent c section, post-partum hemorrhage, preterm on Mg, pre-eclapsia).- Required certs: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring- Floating to Mother Baby when needed
