HOW A PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area
Manage daily activities of the assigned team
Responsible for developing and motivating staff while promoting teamwork
Responsible for staff scheduling and deployment of work packages
Provide financial management oversight for program and maintain budget
Develops and maintains project plans, documents and customer deliverables
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Preferred Skills: PMP and Security Plus
Location: Hampton, Virginia

The likely salary range for this position is $120,702 - $163,302. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
