Long Term Care RN - Mt. Angel, Oregon and surrounding areas- Start Date: ASAP- Shift: 3x12hr, 4x12hr Nights, rotating weekly- Schedule: may fluctuate- Ratios: 1:15-25- Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience- First-Timers Accepted: No- Certs REQ: BCLS- Is On-Call REQ?: No- Will this traveler need to float between like units?: Yes- Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate- Pending License Accepted: No; Lic REQ- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every two weeks)
Special Requirements- Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.- Facility requires primary series COVID vaccination in addition to one booster
