Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ICU RN to join our Float Pool. This position will support critical care needs across multiple units and may include the MTC/Step-Down/PACU for patient holds when necessary. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of flexibility and clinical expertise to support various departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients across various ICU units.Float between all critical care floors, including MTC, Step-Down, and PACU.Utilize EPIC EMR for patient documentation and care management.Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Requirements:Licensure: Current RN license.Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similarly sized facility within ICU or critical care environments.EMR Proficiency: Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
Additional Requirements:Minimal time-off requests (RTO).Required to work holidays; specific RTO dates not permitted:November 27 - November 30December 23 - December 26December 30 - January 2
Flexibility to work either:Christmas Eve & Day or New Year’s Eve & Day, andThanksgiving or Black FridayHoliday schedule will be assigned based on unit needs.About Tekaccel, Inc.
