TravelEssential Duties and REsponsibilitiesCompletes the assigned portions of the MDS for Nursing. Signs the MDS forms to signify completion of the process. Maintains residents’ selfesteem, privacy and confidentiality of personal information. Assists to maintain safe, pleasant, orderly resident living areas. Completes nursing portion of MDS and reviews for completion and validity of entire process. Queries other members for accuracy of MDS; and provides final quality check prior to MDS transmission. Receives and shares information. Observes and reports residents’ conditions. Communicates with physicians using center/campus systems. Directs and assists with co-worker, resident, family/significant other education. Provides support and recognitionto co-workers related to completion of the RAI / MDS process. Uses the EMR accurately.Basic Responsibilities:This position will be held accountable for complying with all related laws, regulations, company policies and procedures pertaining to his or her position and for fulfilling his or her obligations under the Society's Corporate Compliance Program.Other Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
