Title: Electronics Technician/ Support EngineerLocation: Redmond, WADuration: 9 months + extensionsCompensation: $29.00- $33.00/hrWork Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.Skillset / Experience:Electronics TechnicianIn this role, you will be responsible for building electronic kits, performing PCBA modifications, wire harness fabrication, and prototype hardware testing at a workstation. Daily tasks include reworking PCBAs with hand soldering, reading schematics, and using electronic test equipment, such as oscilloscopes and power supplies. Documentation of non-conformances, tasks completed, and efficient communication with engineers are essential for maintaining project timelines and quality standards.Required Skills and Qualifications:3+ years of experience in PCBA modification, wire harness fabrication, and prototype hardware testing within the aerospace industryCurrent or recently expired certification in IPC soldering standards, including 7711/7721, J-STD, and J-STD Space applicationsProficiency in PCBA rework, including hand soldering of electronic components and schematic readingFamiliarity with common electronic test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and function generatorsProven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality resultsExperience supporting the development of space-based systemsBackground in aerospace manufacturingStrong communication skills for documenting work and collaborating with engineersDegree or certification in a related field is preferredOur benefits package includes:Comprehensive medical benefitsCompetitive pay401(k) retirement planand much more!About INSPYR SolutionsTechnology is our focus, and quality is our commitment.
