Additional Information: - The unit comprises a 10-bed department with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1 during the day shift and 6:1 for the night shift.- Navy blue scrubs dress code.- New unit collaboration, helping cover in other medical-surgical units while core staff train in the new unit.- Local travel rate considerations for those living 60 to 80 miles away.
