Job Title:- Paint Line Operator I Contract 1 year and possibility of extension 1st shift, Monday- Friday 7am-3pm, overtime is based on the business need What You'll Do: Perform work in a manner that supports ***'s Quality standards and systems. Comply with all safety policies and procedures, including wearing proper PPE. Retrieve parts from storage locations. Set hook arrangements, hang parts in the proper configuration, visually check parts for quality issues, packing equipment, and assure hooks are properly stored when not in use and other items as required. Verify counts and Kanban cards to assure accuracy. Perform de-burring and de-greasing operations. Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly manner and maintain 5s in the area. Work with various groups of employees in a team-based environment, cross train on load and unload. Perform other duties assigned by supervisor. Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand/walk throughout. Retrieve and handle parts accurately and efficiently. Conduct quality checks and maintain equipment cleanliness. Collaborate with team members in a cooperative environment. Cross-train on various tasks for enhanced versatility. Required Qualifications: Adherence to ***'s Quality standards and systems. Compliance with all safety policies and procedures, including wearing proper PPE. Capability to retrieve and handle parts accurately. Attention to detail for quality checks and counting accuracy. Proficiency in de-burring and de-greasing operations. Ability to maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly manner. Capacity to work effectively in a team-based environment. Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and stand/walk throughout the shift. Preferred Skills: Previous experience in production or manufacturing. Familiarity with Kanban systems. Experience with de-burring and de-greasing equipment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to cross-train on various tasks within the production environment. Shift hours 7am-3pm
