Job Position : GIS Architect Job Duration : 7 Months Location : Richmond, VA (Hybrid) Job Description: Local Richmond, VA candidates only Candidate must also be able to work onsite 1-2 days/wk Candidate must be willing to a second ON SITE interview, if requested by hiring manager Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through VDOT’s Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking Custom GIS application development using JavaScript and .NET Required 10 Years Development of middleware applications to enhance business workflows Required 10 Years Experience in developing and maintaining custom Linear Referencing System solutions for a large enterprise. Required 8 Years Writing, maintaining, updating 2.x and 3.x Python for GIS ETL processes Required 8 Years Experience in installing, configuring, and administering ArcGIS Enterprise deployments Required 5 Years Proficiency in spatial data development using Oracle and SQL Server, including Oracle Spatial.
