Act as the primary point of contact for group-level interactions, overseeing accounts, managing day-to-day requests, and handling critical client service issues to ensure timely and accurate responses, enhancing client satisfaction.Coordinate pre-renewal strategies and planning for assigned groups, including scheduling meetings, marketing, quoting, plan analysis, and compiling presentation materials.Collaborate with account executives/producers to strategize and support marketing, renewal, and open enrollment activities.Serve as a knowledgeable resource for the account management support team and clients, providing expertise in eligibility, claims, COBRA, underwriting guidelines, and employee benefits compliance.Ensure timely completion and maintenance of all compliance documents and contracts, including Section 125 plans, SPD, COBRA, ACA Filings, FSA, HRA, and form 5500 Filings.Delegate tasks to support team members, ensuring completion within specified timeframes.Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendors.Acquire and maintain expertise in technology tools such as Applied Epic, Microsoft Office, Ease, Employee Navigator, Suvaun, and other agency-supported platforms.Pursue professional development and continuing education to stay current with technology, regulatory changes, product enhancements, and industry trends.Develop and nurture long-term relationships with assigned clients, understanding their needs, planning to meet those needs, and generating sales through cross-selling additional lines of business.Ensure proper organizational resources are involved with customers and introduce new products through other core business groups as appropriate.Participate in client meetings, sales calls, employee enrollment meetings, and service meetings.Correspond with carriers, general agents, members, and providers to educate, clarify benefits, resolve claims, verify eligibility, and resolve disputes.Investigate, research, and provide timely responses to all service issues.Continually increase and maintain knowledge and skills in utilizing various technology platforms, quoting systems, and other benefit-related systems.Lead the implementation and utilization of benefit-related technology platforms on behalf of clients.Respond to client questions and requests for quotes, developing effective and practical benefit strategies related to cost, delivery, and administration.Prepare marketing proposals and renewal materials for prospective and current clients.Maintain a knowledge base of changing regulations, carrier requirements, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends and standards.Participate in client events, such as galas, fundraisers, and other outside activities when appropriate.Complete necessary continuing education courses to maintain a valid Health & Life Producer's license.Perform other duties as assigned.This description is not meant to be all-inclusive and may be modified from time to time at the discretion of management.

Requirements:

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills including correct grammar, spelling and punctuation in correspondenceHigh degree of critical thinking; ability to problem solve when the answer is not readily apparentDemonstrated attention to detail; producing outcomes with minimal errorsUnderstanding of insurance concepts and applicable law as it related to employee benefitsAbility to adapt well to change in direction and priority in a fast-paced environmentAbility to demonstrate advanced level proficiency with a variety of technology including MS OfficeAbility to determine work priorities and remain flexible as needs and priorities changeWorks well with minimal supervision; able to function independently and as part of a teamEducation/Experience:

Active life and health insurance licenseThree+ years' experience servicing employee benefit clients in the small and large group segmentMinimum one year experience presenting information in a group settingHigh school diploma or equivalent
