*Position Overview*At Big Stone Therapies, you're part of a comprehensive health family that is rooted in our core values of faith, family, fairness, and fun. We are a growing company looking for a full-time *Physical Therapist *to add to our team at our *Avera Marshall East College Drive* clinic in *Marshall, MN*.This position will primarily work in an Outpatient setting at our newly renovated space with our new state of the art Therapy Pool. Candidates with a strong comfort level in a wide range of post op conditions, neuro, more medically complex patients with longer rehabs, or aquatic therapy are encouraged to apply.This is a benefited position that will generally be scheduled 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE).*Professional Development Benefits:** Paid License Fees* Paid Professional Memberships* Free in-house CE course offerings – all of which qualify for CE credits* Paid Medbridge Education subscription* 16-hours annually of paid PD time* Annual PD budget allowance for additional courses not offered through BST* Funding toward specialty certifications* Funding towards advanced degree programs* Funding for in-house residency opportunities through a partnership with the Evidence in Motion (EIM) organization

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
