Your work will encompass selling the Clear Channel Airports and Outdoor industry-leading portfolio of assets and capabilities. You will have the unique position of representing the largest suite of Airport assets in North America, including NY, Atlanta, Chicago, San Francisco, Washington D.C., Seattle amongst many others. This is a rare opportunity to join our National Sales team as a marketer of not only short term campaigns, but also exclusive, multi-year partnerships in top B2B and B2C categories.Job Responsibilities: Exceed revenue goals, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basisMakes cold calls and connects with "C" Level clients through phone, email and networking strategies.Generate sufficient outreach to obtain meetings with existing and new clients every weekConduct Customer Needs Assessments (CNAs) resulting in insights and opportunities that lead to proposal submissionPrepares compelling and competitive proposals and presentations.Presents ideas and advertising solutions that meet client needs.Determines project pricing based on established guidelines.Establishes, maintains and grows relationships with existing and new clients and their agencies.Ensure customer satisfaction by facilitating all aspects of the customer's account in cooperation with Creative, Operations, Marketing and Finance staffManage a pipeline in order to understand business in a data-driven way and effectively self-manage.Perform other duties as assigned or requiredJob Qualifications:Education4-year college degree, BA/BS equivalent preferredWork Experience8+ years of progressive media/sponsorship sales experience and success using consultative, customer needs analysis methodsDemonstrated track record of business-to-business (B2B) sales successMedia sales experience preferredSkillsStrategic, disciplined Sales & Marketing Business Professional who focuses their time on prioritized tasks.Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices.Has deep knowledge of media and advertising industry, business cycles, key revenue and expense driversPossess deep and broad business acumen with strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skillsHas excellent verbal and written communications skills including delivering effective presentations and leading meetingsCompetencies Strategic Thinker: Be a problem solver and creative thinker able to develop solutions based on customer needsCustomer Focus: Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customersAction Oriented: Enjoys working hard; is action oriented and full of energy for the things he/she sees as challenging; not fearful of acting with a minimum of planning; seizes more opportunities than othersDigital/Business Savvy: Working knowledge of the digital media landscape and interested in how technology is transforming businessInterpersonal Savvy: Relates well to all kinds of people; builds appropriate rapportTime Management: Uses his/her time effectively and efficiently; values time; concentrates his/her efforts on the more important priorities; gets more done in less time than others; can attend to a broader range of activitiesFocus on the Bottom Line: Attacks everything with drive and energy with an eye on the bottom line; not afraid to initiate action before all facts are knownPhysical Demands The demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
