We are seeking a Project Administrator 2 to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business Unit. As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.

What you’ll do:
Basic roles/Responsibilities
Manage the Access Control Badging & Ticketing System regarding:
New Hire badges
Replacement Badges
Temporary Vendor Badges
Badge Activations & Deactivations
Offboarding Badges
Badge printer hardware and software maintenance support
Badging System Quarterly Audits
Inventory management of badge printing materials such as ink cartridges, badges, and other needed material for badge printing
Monitor & Support Credentialing Support ask via Email & Messenger platform
Support the Global Credentialing Lead with upcoming credentialing projects
As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test
Required Experience:
3+ years of experience with High School Diploma
1+ years of experience managing a ticketing system queue
1+ years of Access Control Badging System experience
Understands the latest Physical Security Industry technology standards
Desired Experience:
1+ years of Security System Badging Experience or a related field
