Mechanical Source Inspector –

• Start Date: Immediately Upon Customer Approval
• Duration: 1 Year Plus
• Location: Decatur, AL 35601
• Shift: First
• 1 Visit/Week
• 6-8 Hours/Visit
• Customer Training
• Travel Time/Mileage Composition
• Local candidates only
• US Citizenship

Experience with the following disciplines

• Commodity - Machined Parts
• Purchase Order Quality Flow Down Requirements and Special Instructions
• QAP Drawings – Quality Assurance Provisions
• AIE Documentation – Acceptance Inspection Equipment
• Various Sampling Plans
• Receiving, In-Process, Final Inspections/Customers Inspection Reports/Travelers
• [IMTE] Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment/Custom Inspection Gauges
• CMM Reports
• Hands – On dimensional inspections for verifying compliance of complex machined, formed, stamped, cast, and forged parts
• Complex Engineering Drawings/Parts Lists/GD&T and associated documents
• All types of Certifications [C of C, Material, Finish, etc…]
• First Article Inspections in accordance with AS9102 or equivalent
