Here’s What You Will Do: Essential Functions You Will Be Responsible For: · Develop and execute global supply plans to ensure the right supply, in the right amount, at the right time. Gain alignment with all internal and external partners on supply, resupply, and reconciliation strategies. · Coordinates the activities of department management and provides direction and assistance on resolution of complex issues, compliance issues, and potential problems related to supply planning and materials management. · Monitor inventory levels of all intermediates, interface with Clinical Operations and other key stakeholders. · Responsible for clinical labelling and packaging process · Collaborate with all relevant functions for SKU development and selection · Lead and continuously improve new Supplier Selection process · Lead and continuously improve Supply & Operations Planning Process · Establish appropriate supply agreements with suppliers · Supports management with implementation of departmental strategies and policies. · Develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential disruptions in the supply chain, such as supplier shortages, geopolitical issues, or natural disasters. · Makes or recommends appropriate decisions consistent with strategic direction · Implements and maintains appropriate systems, policies, processes, and procedures necessary to meet demand and inventory requirements. · Reviews, approves and/or implements changes to controlled documents as needed · Aligns resources, prioritizes strategies, and establishes Key Performance Indicators to monitor performance · In-depth expertise in US, EU, and international GMPs · Demonstrates effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally · Builds and maintains positive working relationships with co-workers and functional areas to accomplish project objectives. · Coach and mentor staff Requirements Here’s What You Will Bring to Anaptys: Education & Experience: BS or master’s degree in life science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 15 years’ experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry with specific experience in cold chain. Certificate in Supply Chain Management Program preferred Must have experience in Clinical Supplies Packaging, distribution, supply chain and project management. Knowledge and Competencies: Ability to work independently to make strategic decisions related to planning and budgeting. Understanding of cGMPs and current pharmaceutical industry procedures and regulations Hands on experience with Interactive Web Response System (IVRS/IWRS) clinical supply software, and ERP Strong, open and transparent communication skills (verbal and written) Solid organizational and time management skills Project management skills and computer proficiency Experience with: MS Excel, Word Ability and willingness to travel 10-20% of the time (internationally and domestically) What’s Included in Your Compensation and Benefits Package: Our generous benefits package is industry leading. The salary range for this position is $203,840 - $290,000 with an 25% bonus target. Anaptys considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience and qualifications.
