Washita Valley Enterprises, Inc. (WVEI) is a leading service provider in the oil and gas industry. We are looking for a safe, courteous Rig Site Truck Assist Supervisor (Experienced) to work 1-2 weekdays and weekends that is committed to WVEI’s quality of work and commitment to safety. WVEI’s Rig Site Truck Assist Supervisor (Experienced) will work out of the Pleaston, TX area and travel a few hours to customer rig sites to provide truck assistance for casing and tubing delivery loads. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Job Responsibilities

- Ensure all rig site deliveries are executed in a timely and efficient manner.- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks and report any issues to the supervisor.- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and truck maintenance activities.- Assist with the safe and secure storage of equipment and materials on-site.- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working at rig sites and during transportation.- Coordinate with rig site personnel to ensure correct placement of materials and equipment.- Communicate effectively with the rig site team to ensure smooth operations.- Support the truck driver in navigation and adherence to transportation schedules.- Keep the truck and surrounding work area clean and organized.

Job Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.- Ability to operate and maintain rig site trucks and equipment safely.- Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to rig site operations.- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.- Willingness to travel and stay overnight if needed.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Experience in the oil and gas industry or similar field preferred.- Knowledge of FMCSA rules and regulations.
