Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and translate them into functional specifications for ERP systems.
- Design, configure, test, and deploy solutions that optimize performance and business efficiency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot enterprise applications, resolving any issues.
- Train and assist users from various departments on using ERP systems effectively.
- Maintain and update ERP systems, ensuring security, reliability, and the use of cutting-edge technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and consultants to deliver successful enterprise application projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders and external consultants to coordinate, resolve issues, and optimize the Infor suite of applications.
- Assist leadership in project budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI evaluation for enterprise systems projects.
- Test, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with ERP reporting outputs.
- Perform technical adjustments to ERP application components, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions with support vendors.
- Develop procedures, forms, and tools to streamline workflows within the Enterprise Applications department.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in MIS, Statistics, Finance, or Accounting) and at least three (3) years of ERP-related experience. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will also be considered, with a focus on accounting, computer science, or management information systems.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to create and maintain detailed product development documentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills for managing vast amounts of information.
- Willingness to train technical and non-technical staff.
Preferred Requirements:
- Technical experience supporting Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise applications (e.g., LN ERP, Birst, Factory Track).
- Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes.
- Experience developing system requirements, prototyping, testing, and implementing business solutions under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of data preparation, gateways, and warehousing projects.
- Experience in connecting data sources, data importation, and transformation for business intelligence.
- Familiarity with IT help desk software for managing support requests.
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform apps (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
