Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe mission:The Support team is a critical part of our service delivery organization, directly responsible for handling customer issues, escalating as necessary, and ensuring our customers have a best-in-class experience with our products and services.Responsibilities include:

Computer Science background or equivalent practical experienceLinux administration skillsJVM knowledgeProgramming/scripting with either Unix Shell scripts, Python, or JavaKnowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.) and the ability to troubleshoot complex networking issues in a Linux environmentSetup/configuration/troubleshooting experience in three or more of the following areas:

Hadoop core, HBase, HIVE, CDH, HDPKafka and/or SparkMajor cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, and AWS)Containers (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS)Practical implementation experience with authentication/authorization protocols (setup and configuration of Kerberos, SAML, LDAP, and SSL)Enterprise relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostGres, SQL Server)SnowflakeMongoDB

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
