Finance Manager - DSIG Customer Markets

The Finance Manager will support Legal Professional sub-segment, driving profitable growth by providing insightful reporting and analysis to the Director of Finance - Customer Markets. The role will partner with leadership across multiples teams, including Legal Customer Success, Professional Services and Go-To-Market functions. This leader will be collaborative and partner across teams to drive results and support strategic initiatives.

About the role
In this opportunity as Finance Manager - Customer Markets, you will:
  • Direct support of Customer Success and Legal Professional Services functions
  • Partner closely with the respective leaders to operationalize the plan/forecast
  • Develop domain expertise and understanding of key drivers impacting sales, renewals and expenses
  • Ensure effective business partner engagement to support and influence teams in making sound strategic decisions for the business
  • Develop solid relationships within all areas of the business and demonstrate an ability to be an effective and trusted advisor
  • Communicate effectively to senior business and finance leaders, including the communication of complex ideas clearly
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as necessary


About you
You're fit for the role of Finance Manager - Customer Markets if you:
  • College degree required and graduate degree or certification in business or finance (such as MBA or CPA) preferred
  • Experience: 5-8+ years of experience in a Finance role


Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proactive, very organized, ability to multitask, managing time and competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Self-starter with proven ability to work autonomously, collaborate and influence key leaders within the context of a complex, matrix organization to drive results
  • Excellent communication and people skills; Ability to openly and confidently story tell with senior management and challenge/influence all areas of the business
  • Strategic and critical thinker
  • Familiarity with accounting and financial reporting
  • Demonstrate adoption of the TR Mindsets and Behaviors
