The Role: Change Management Lead

Target Level: Senior Principal or Director

We are seeking an experienced business consultant and human capital practitioner who demonstrates proactivity to navigate ambiguous environments to help us define fiercely human future of work products/offerings. You bring customer love to life through developing trusted collaborative relationships and innovative solutions our customers need. You are curious and humble with a strong focus on people and doing what is right.

What You'll Do
  • Guide the strategic growth of Slalom's 'adaptive organization' portfolio, focused on human-centered change as a foundation for transformative business impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional experts across Slalom to design and innovate a unified, dynamic change orchestration offering, integrating cutting-edge AI tools to elevate our solutions.
  • Drive the creation of standardized global go-to-market strategies for emerging capabilities, anticipating workforce and organizational shifts driven by technological advancements like Generative AI.
  • Engage market and regional leaders to uncover cross-selling opportunities and actively contribute to the expansion of Slalom's business footprint.
  • Contribute to exceptional client delivery by overseeing project quality, managing engagement risk, and optimizing project economics for successful outcomes.
  • Cultivate team growth by coaching and mentoring colleagues, supporting recruitment efforts, and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for new team members.
  • Explore and advocate for innovative, dynamic approaches to change enablement strategy and planning, continuously advancing our methods and adapting to future needs.

What You'll Bring
  • Extensive consulting background with expertise in industrial and organization psychology.
  • Expertise in designing and applying behavior science management principles, methodologies, and tools, knowing how to apply academic principles.
  • Experience with sales activities and pursuits, including business development, proposals, statements of work, and revenue targets of $2.5M+
  • Ability to lead the design and facilitation of strategic planning sessions - helping align leaders around a shared mission, vision, and strategy.
  • Collaborative working style, easily adaptable to new environments and ability to embrace ambiguity.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience mentoring and/or teaching others to use change, organization, and/or learning methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For Senior Principal, the target base salary pay range is $185,000 to $215,000. For Director, the target base salary pay range is $215,000 to $240,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
